By far, the best WYSIWYG editing program for web pages is DREAMWEAVER. Bar none. (30-day FREE trial)

Personally, I WOULDN'T USE ANYTHING ELSE.

For a replacement to NOTEPAD, I use Note Tab Pro. It has tons more features (like e-mail formatting) and is a cinch to work with HTML coding without ruining its structure. (30-day FREE trial)
